# Anima plugin for XD will not preview in the browser

I have been using the Anima app plugin with XD. However, if I am on my company’s VPN and I click ‘Preview in browser’ I get stuck with the Loading animation forever and then I have to exit out of XD. When I am off of my company’s VPN, I am able to ‘preview in browser’ successfully.

Just to clear some questions, my company did whitelist \*[animapp.com](http://animapp.com) as well as the other 3 domains specified by Anima App \*.amazonaws.com and \*.cloudflaressl.com. Also the Anima plug-in and Adobe XD are up to date on my computer.
