I’ve already close and re-open CCD, I’ve also removed it and reinstalled, no way to install the plug-in. The developer can install it on a Mac without issues.
What else can I do to be able to load a UXP plug-in I’m testing?

Hi Claudio,
There’s an open issue where UXP plugins don’t seem to want to install on Windows for users with an accented character in their filesystem username, for example:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP\Plugins\Møhü\
There’s a fix underway for that one… also I don’t think it throws a -10 error.
Other than that, @gregbenz has this really comprehensive troubleshooting guide: Lumenzia Installation
If the plugin is available via the Exchange Marketplace, it passed the review process, so our reviewers were able to install it on Windows.
