# Chinese accounts unable to install XD plugin

Hi, We developed an Adobe XD plugin for international users. Because the XD plugin market doesn’t have a Chinese version, we supply our Chinese users with a .xdx file to install our plugin.  
Lately, we heard back from users that when they click on .xdx file, instead of starting the installation process, they see the Creative Cloud software becomes opened, then nothings happens. They cannot complete the installation process.

We would like to know if this behaviour is a change from Adobe’s side?  
And please help us resolve this issue in the meantime, so our users can go back to work in XD normally.
