# Edit Text API endpoint

Hello, I use the API to rename a layer via the Edit Text endpoint.  
When I send the call I get a message that the font doesn’t exist, I tried several fonts and didn’t succeed.

Can somone guide to a solution?

If you’re talking about [the Photoshop API, (this one)](https://developer.adobe.com/firefly-services/docs/photoshop/)… you’ve got the wrong forum. This forum is primarily to discuss the UXP platform, not the paid Photoshop API.
