# Get properties from Move Tool Align To option?

Does anyone know if there is a way to detect whether the Move Tool Align To option is set to Canvas or Selection?

I have a plugin that needs this to be set to Canvas in order to work properly. I would like to be able to give the user a message if they try to run and it is set to Selection instead of Canvas.
