# How to show Tooltips in UXP plugin in

Please use [forum search](http://forums.creativeclouddeveloper.com/search?q=tooltip) more often. [Currently title is the simplest option](http://forums.creativeclouddeveloper.com/t/what-is-the-current-state-of-tooltips-in-uxp-plugins/4705/2) and [it usually works](http://forums.creativeclouddeveloper.com/t/does-title-attribute-work/4780/2) when you hover and wait a bit. Of course you can build your own like I did in one of my plugins, but sharing would be very difficult - it’s tightly coupled with plugin and is very specific to it.
