As mentioned in my prior comment, all plugins have been recreated for the new (internal) contextual store. The ones listed under ‘Adobe Exchange Producer Portal’ come from the old internal store, while those under ‘CCExchangeContextual’ are from the new contextual store, that’s why you’re seeing double the number of your actual plugins.
It seems to match the pattern UXP-([0-9a-f]{8})-context, where $1 is the plugin ID specified in manifest.json.
