# React Plugin Build error from manifest 4 to 5

Maybe some policies changed. [Here](http://forums.creativeclouddeveloper.com/t/move-layer-to-front-through-batch-play-works-differently-in-ps-23-4-1/4814/33) @kerrishotts says it can be used for dev purposes. And [here](http://forums.creativeclouddeveloper.com/t/error-on-sp-button-in-react-app/3832/9) @Jarda suggests it might not be allowed for Marketplace 🤷‍♂️ Also this permission is not even in the docs
