Are there planned architectural updates to harmonize binary handling (`plugin-file://` / local asset access) between Chromium on Windows and WebKit on macOS?"

right now, code that works perfectly on Windows fails on macOS. harmonizing means standardizing the behavior so a single standard JavaScript call works universally across both operating systems.

loading non-text, raw byte data, such as WebAssembly binaries (`ort-wasm-simd.wasm`), machine learning weights (`.onnx`), or audio/image buffers, into memory (`ArrayBuffer` / `Uint8Array`).

**`plugin-file://` / local asset access:** the internal protocol scheme UXP uses to read files stored inside your plugin package on the user’s hard drive.
