Can svg Base64 encoded data works with ImageFill?

I used SVG base64 encoded data to fill a Rectangle using ImageFill .I see a rectangle created but i cannot find the Image inside the rectangle on the artboard.

I looks like ImageFill only supports PNG, JPEG, or GIF data. I tried setting the ImageFill to Base64 encoded SVG data, but that only displayed an empty rectangle also for me. Sorry to mislead you in this area.

Then Is there any way to handle SVG. My ultimate Goal is to use SVG while designing from my plugin dialog . Help me by providing a solution
