How can I now if a filter is applied to a layer?

I am trying to figure our if a filter is applied to a layer.
I tried Alchemist inspector and got as fat as “hasFilterMask” property but I don’t know how to get this property in batchplay.
The image below is with the filter and after deleting it:

I can’t ‘pin’ this property and get a correct code fo rthe pinned property.
