If you like the purity of this forum and would not like to see it absolved into the general Adobe forums then I encourage you to complete the survey and mention how much it means to you!
This is how consultation exercises work - Adobe has to justify its strategic goals to the shareholders and it needs feedback (and it hopes, a mandate) from stakeholders (us!).
Personally I like the separation of forum concerns- I don’t want to have to work out if it’s a real dev question or just someone who doesn’t know where their alt key is.
Note to Adobe - how about migrating the legacy forums instead?
