In the documentation “Fundamentals > Understanding UXP APIs”, it mentions “Step 2: Create text layer — Use Premiere APIs” as the practical example, but there’s no code shown, and I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this. Googling around makes me think this is not yet possible for Premiere, but wanted to double check since it was explicitly referenced. I saw that others had tried importing MOGRTs as a hack, but that was a dead end, also.

.mogrt import works great in the example plugin; text layers are completely different, and are not yet supported via UXP API.
