Please provide the following details for the engineering team. Feel free to DM me (or email) if you don’t want to post the the response pubically:

Can you get the following details from the user, then we will be able to check the market subsegments for the org user is part of (and if that is resulting into K12 behavior or not).
Steps:

1. Login to exchange.adobe.com
2. Open Developer Tools
3. Under console, fetch user attributes using adobeIMS.getProfile();
4. Get ownerOrg for this user
