Does InDeisgn UXP support scroll methods?

Do you want to scroll the page or scroll something in a UXP based panel or dialog?

For something on an InDesign page/document, I know there are both .zoom() methods of LayoutWindows and .showText() for text and .show() ItemLinks within the InDesign DOM.

I’m looking to use scroll methods inside a UXP panel, but no luck so far
