Ok, this seems to be fixed. Co-Editing had to be activated again. I swear that button was not visible before I posted here 
Maybe this is wrong here: but XD Co-Editing seems to be totally broken.
When 2 people work on documents one has to manually accepts the changes of the others.
Is it just here at my company or do other people have this problems, too?
