in fact it happens to me when developing and testing plugins, if I use the computer normally it rarely happens.

This only confirms my observations. BTW for me this happens only to my own plugins, that are loaded via UDT. Never to other plugins

Dialogs can't be opened until menu used to open one

I noticed this sometimes happens while developing, but never experienced on production version Maybe another bug
