How can others in my company get developer permissions to publish updates to our add-on?

We have an add-on herre:
https://partners.adobe.com/exchangeprogram/creativecloud/exchange.details.16031.html

So far, I’m the only one with developer permissions. How can we assign other users developer permissions to publish?

It seems that Adobe can do this for us by simply emailing support.
