Is the author of the Data Populator from URL on the forums?

Is the author of the Data Populator from URL on the forums? They made Populate from URL. In the demo they showed code that looked like it was syntax highlighted and fixed width. I’d like to syntax highlight in my plugin. The last I checked fixed width fonts are not supported in textareas. I’m guessing they are using divs or spans.
