Parent folder path

I’m having trouble finding the correct parent folder path for the “Starter Project” files on my mac running Big Sur V 11.2.3 The directions tell me to find ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/Adobe\ XD/ When I go to Library I don’t find an application folder but I do find an Application Support folder. Within the Application Support folder, I find an Adobe folder but not the XD folder. Where is the correct location?

In the XD main menu, select Plugins > Development > Show Developer Folder. That will open a folder where you can place a startup project.

I’m sorry, but where is the XD main menu? It’s not in the Library folder nor the Applications Support folder.
