Hi all, I’m currently testing Premiere Pro Beta v25.4.0 with UXP Developer Tool v2.1.0.30 as part of a workflow we’re building that automates part of our editing process through a UXP panel.
I’ve been utilizing ChatGPT to write the extension as I’m fairly new to all of this and was hoping it could help figure it out. Below is a summary of what hasn’t worked:
Everything works as expected on paper: the manifest.json is correctly set up with "host": "PPRO" and "version": "25.4", and the extension loads fine in UDT. However, Premiere Beta is not showing up as a connected app, and the “Load” button stays grayed out even when the panel is added.
I’ve confirmed that Premiere Beta is running and have restarted both apps multiple times. Just wondering if anyone has had success with this specific version (25.4.0), or if the latest UXP runtime hasn’t caught up yet?
Would appreciate any confirmation or insight before I consider rolling back to 25.3.0.20.
