I am new to UXP plugin developement and wanted to know:
Is it possible to change the selected attribute of a button/ action-button in photoshop UXP plugin?
Documentation says it has a ‘selected’ attribute: https://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-web-components/components/action-button/api/
Fistly, UXP doesn’t support Spectrum Web Components (SWC) - only Spectrum UXP
Secondly, it’s all still a mess. part of features work from SWC and part from Spectrum UXP 
It’s a trial and error path you’ll need to take to figure out what works and what doesn’t
