The hover effect remains until the plugin is refreshed

I have used the css :hover property on some of the elements in my Modal ui but they seem to be still there even if I close the Modal and reopen it. Is there a bug or I have been missing on something? Any kind of input is appreciated.

Ex: If you hover over a button once and close the plugin and reopen it, the hover properties still remains with the button.

Wouldn’t it make sense that if your mouse is still over the button when you re-open the plugin, that the :hover effect would still be in effect?

Oh, you’re saying it’s still there when you’re not actually hovering.
