Hi all, I am unable to install .ccx file at my machine. Pease help.
.ccx file icon is not showing. Please see attached image for reference.
Proceed like this: rename the ccx file to zip unzip the file copy the folder and paste it into the photoshop plugin folder Done
have you tried to open with the could app?
also try drag and drop on cloud window
The icon for the UxpStarterPlugin_PS.ccx file indicates your .ccx file is NOT associated with any app on your computer, so your computer does not now which app to use to open the file with. You can associate .ccx files with the proper app by using the “Open with…” option in the files context menu (right-clicking it) and navigating to the UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent.exe file in the following path:
Windows: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Adobe > Adobe Desktop Common > RemoteComponents > UPI > UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent >UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent.exe
Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Adobe Desktop Common > RemoteComponents > UPI > UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent > UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent
Once your computer know which app to open .ccx files with, it will remember for the future.
