Currently when testing a UXP Plugin with After Effects, if you press Unload in order to make changes, the panel should close, but instead a blank panel is left behind.

No app logs appear that seem related.
Pressing Load again will bring back the panel. Or you can manually close the panel and load and it will come back as well.
Specs:
- Windows 11
- UDT 2.2.0.1
- AE 27.1.0 (Build 16)
Update: this issue has ripple effects to other things.
It also leaves behind a menu item so you get a bunch of the same menu items in the UXP Plugins menu.
Also, trying to load multi-panel plugins break when trying to load them with the following error, I believe because of the menu issue above:

Aware about this and able to repro it too. We have a ticket filed to help fix this issue.
Likely a fix closer to publicBeta or as a fast follow.
