Also make sure you don’t have your .git in the directory that gets turned into the .ccx, especially don’t have a .git AND have your final .ccx bundles saved to that directory, otherwise you get an exponentially increasing .ccx bundle file size since the older .ccx bundles are being saved to the hidden .git folder and are thus being bundled into the newest .ccx bundles.
Seems like 2026 will be next year when I will suggest/lobby for a user-friendly fallback installation method.
If UXP has no product manager right now and Marketplace has no product manager as well, should I ask this CCD product manager instead?
