The UXP plugin API docs for Adobe XD are missing. Is this the intended behavior?

It seems to be back up (I’m assuming you were referring to https://developer.adobe.com/xd/uxp/, due to the redirect, the forum “only” shows the 404 URL). Please let me know if the problem persists.
