Crash on Macbook Pro - macOS Big Sur v11.4

It’s been a while since I’ve been trying to figure out how to open Adobe XD on MacBook Pro.
It crashes before opening.
I tried all the following:

  • Remove the plugins folders
  • reboot the machine
  • update to the latest version
  • try with previous version
  • start by holding down the shift key
  • read other info on internet

but I still haven’t been able to fix it, but still nothing.

Any other suggestions?

XD 42 was just released – can you double check with that?

@DavidXD ^^^ This looks to be something diagnostics related – any ideas from XD’s end?

I’m not sure what could be happening, as we are not seeing these crashes. If you are still experiencing problems running XD, please contact customer care, and they will best be able to help you:
