I Cannot Use the Plugin I Purchased from Adobe Exchange Site

We purchased your plugin “50 Alternative LUTs and Presets Pack” from Adobe Exchange site but we are unable to use your plugin. A member of the Adobe team (Jeet) connected to my computer remotely and did all the checks. As you wrote in the description, we cannot access the LUT file by clicking the “Browse” button from the Lumetry tab in Premiere Pro. We also tried to download the ZXP file and install it with the Anastasiy application, but again we cannot access the plugin in Premiere Pro in any way.

I think you are referring to CEP plugin while forum is mainly about UXP plugins.

Adobe Exchange and installing CEP plugin from it has been broken for about 10 years or more and probably will never be fixed.

Many developers opted to avoid using ZXP and Exchange and instead, they created their own installers which were more reliable alternatives. UXP still has issues but is much more reliable compared to CEP it is only tiny fraction.

I think you should contact developer and if he/she has no solution then ask for refund.
