Will it be possible to have two panels open at the same time? If the view is not large enough a scroll bar can show?
It’s something we’re actively exploring, along with what it mean to make panels undockable without creating a window management nightmare 
Once we have more panel-based plugins out in the wild, we’ll have better usage data which will help us land on the right solution and timeline.
