API to for app icon bounce or OS notifications

API to make Adobe XD icon bounce or to display OS notifications. Use Case: Megan has written a plugin for her users to create fractals in Adobe XD and then show them on the web interface. It can take a half minute to export while the user is viewing them in the web browser and the users want to start another process as soon as they are finished.
