Privately distributed plugin for Adobe XD as part of our commercial application

We have deveoped a commercial application (SaaS). Developed a XD plugin to export the design in to our application. We intend to privately distribute the XD plugin to our paid customers as of now (We are NOT planning to publish through plugin store iwhich we are planning to do it later). We have ensured that Adobe marketing guidelines are taken care.

Please confirm if we are permitted to distribute the XD plugin as described above. Is there anyother T&Cs to be agreed with Adobe?

There’s no requirement that you distribute through the marketplace; you’re welcome to distribute the plugin from your website or other source.
