If there’s a way to remember the user set window size for the DevTool, that would be really convenient 
Whenever I start it, the first thing I do is scaling it down to a minimum where the three “Actions” dots are still visible.

Great question! I don’t think there’s anything you can do to achieve that right now, but let’s ping @pkrishna and @Sujai for this one
