I tried uploading a video of the plugin that I made. But I get the message
“Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”

You should be able to post a link to YouTube, etc. though. I’m not sure what the limit on attachment size is, but that might become an issue for posting videos even once it’s allowed anyway…
