Hello, I have been using UXP Developer Tool on a Mac to build a plugin, but users are experiencing a bug when using my plugin on Windows. I’d like to try and debug for them. I can run a Windows virtual machine via VMWare and load Creative Cloud on it, but cannot get UDT to show up or install. I am using an administrator account. Not sure what else to do. Has anyone had experience with this before?
Does Adobe UXP Developer Tool work for you on the VM?
I haven’t managed to get it working or to even show up in CC. Not sure if it’s a permissions thing or if it’s detecting my hardware as being incompatible.
@JFive Just to be clear, did you try the link to download UDT in my earlier response? Adobe UXP Developer Tool . Does that too not work on your configuration?
Running the installer for UXP Developer Tool just opens Creative Cloud, but UDT doesn’t appear anywhere in the app.
