No; XD does not support running headlessly from the command line.
This sounds like a feature request, and would be more appropriate for XD’s uservoice site. There may already be a request there that you could upvote, but feel free to create one if there isn’t.
command line tool like Sketchtools – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs (uservoice.com) didn’t find it on uservoice site, created one. The ideas is really great. BTW how are you rendering images for CC API?
