Handling refunds in CC Marketplace

I did just post a few days ago about the excitement of releasing my first plugin, so there’s some comedy inherent in this question, but-

If someone requests a refund for a plugin purchased on the Marketplace, is that something we are able to authorize or facilitate?

Lots of successful install so far, but there seems to be a compatibility issue with one person’s machine and I’m not sure where to guide them for a refund. They also dropped a big fat one star review on the new plugin, so I’d like to sort it out sooner than later :slight_smile:

It’s not possible for us developers to handle refunds.
The customer can contact asupport@adobe.com and they can give them the refund.
In the Fastspring backend you will see it as returns.
