I did just post a few days ago about the excitement of releasing my first plugin, so there’s some comedy inherent in this question, but-
If someone requests a refund for a plugin purchased on the Marketplace, is that something we are able to authorize or facilitate?
Lots of successful install so far, but there seems to be a compatibility issue with one person’s machine and I’m not sure where to guide them for a refund. They also dropped a big fat one star review on the new plugin, so I’d like to sort it out sooner than later
It’s not possible for us developers to handle refunds.
The customer can contact asupport@adobe.com and they can give them the refund.
In the Fastspring backend you will see it as returns.
