I’ve been lurking on the board for a while now and reading lots, but I figured I should take a moment to say hello. I’m a Visual Designer at Cancer Research UK and I’m on a team working to create a design system and we’re investigating the capabilities of Adobe XD and how we can link it up with our dev environment.
We’ve finally figured out that it’s possible to get the values for the assets out of a file via a plug-in. Now we just need to see if we can get the values for our design tokens to export to a JSON file that can be automatically updated whenever the file is edited, so that our devs can pull the correct values for whatever tech stack they might be working on.
Lots to figure out. Lots I don’t know. Probably using incorrect terminology, but hey, I’m a designer
