How can I launch my plugin without Adobe UXP Developer Tool?

5 month ago I can put it in “\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Plug-ins” and it’s work.
For some reason I don’t want launch by Adobe UXP Developer Tool.

btw, it’s unpackaged.

When I package my code to a .ccx file.
I double click this file and it’s just launch “Adobe Creative Cloud” and there is no install prompt

When I put .ccx file to “\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Plug-ins” and it’s still not show in PS.

What version of CCD & Photoshop do you have installed? Make sure you’re up-to-date.

There’s no supported mechanism for loading a plugin from the file system without the UDT or via CCX installation process.

I reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud and it’s still not work.

After Adobe Creative Cloud update to 5.5.0.617 and the .ccx was work.
