Is possible to add new items to the properties sidebar?

I’m exploring options to add items like (text box, lists, etc) to the properties sidebar that can save any input value. Is this feature technically possible?

Welcome to the community! It’s not possible put your own components in the existing Properties panel but soon you will be able to create your own panel of properties in the Plugin panel.

For those of you who don’t know already, we’ve recently rolled out a new version of XD plugin prerelease. With this new build, you will be able to build panel plugins. Unlike the current version of modal plugins, panel plugins are persistent and can dynamically change its UI content based on user’s selection.
