Listings not available in EU despite trader information being submitted

I’m experiencing an issue with my Adobe Exchange listings being marked as “not available in the EU” due to missing trader information.

However, I already submitted all required trader details in my publisher profile about a year ago.

In my profile settings, the option “Do you want to make your listings available to Adobe users in the EU?” is set to “Yes”. Despite this, all my listings still show the EU restriction message.

How i can fix this issue?

Any guidance or similar experiences would be really helpful.

I’ve asked the team what the latency is like… it’s helpful to know when you filled in the trader details.

The teams got back to me - there’s a known issue under investigation. For my own notes (and others at Adobe) this is tracked as IOEXT-1872 and CCD-59558.
