Request in plugins lost user-agent in some windows computer

The request from cc-api-data.adobe.io has User-Agent(AdobeXd) which is lost in my xd plugin request in windows. (XD version is the latest)

But it’s normal in mac computers.

Does somebody have the same problem in windows and figure out why?
