Trouble with Developer Console

Hello.

I have been having trouble with my developer console display since the other day.
I would like to solve this problem, but I can’t see where to contact for help.
*Please point out if I am posting in the wrong place.

I tried deleting the browser cache, etc., but to no avail.

Describe symptoms

The list screen no longer updates like this and I am unable to upload new versions of plugins.
It keeps going round and round.

Once it showed a server error as below.

Service getProjectById failed. Error code: 500 ,
Error message: Internal Server Error ,
Request ID: (presumably an administrative ID)

It seems to have been fixed after a day or so.
