Is it possible with UXP API to create a preview dialog window before applying the final result on the canvas similar what Deco tool has and another question, are Deco tool related to CEP development and will it be removed in future releases of Photoshop?

I don’t think such live previews are possible yet, but imaging APIs will come in the future.
Regarding the second question, I asked exactly that question in the last developer meetup and the answer was that DecoScripts are not influenced by UXP development, so I guess that they will stay.
