My admin page only shows the dashboard as well,
I also have a dashboard in my admin page, and there were no buttons for products, etc. to begin with.
I also have a feeling that the problem is on FastSpring’s side,
I will try to contact FastSpring.
I can only see the dashboard too, but it can be found at Account > Account Summary > Split Accounts.
Are you sure you have already set up a payouts account? You might need to link your PayPal or other accounts.
I thought that might be a possibility at the payout,
I tried registering with PayPal before asking the question,
After registering, I looked at the splitAccount section and there was no change…
But when I looked at it just now, I could see the history…
Did it mean that the payout registration was too late?
I’m not sure if FastSpring handled my inquiry or not,
I will check again .
Regarding the information on the FastSpring account page,
I was told that only the dashboard was normal, as the full functionality does not appear when only connected to Adobe.
It seems that the reason my history did not appear first was still because my payout settings were not yet recognized.
