The configure page for Adobe XD is greyed out and not accessible in Jira. Due to this we are unable to add/remove projects in Jira.

This sounds like you’re trying to get support for the integration in JIRA. This forum is for development of plugins, not support. I’m asking internally for the best place to ask this type of question.
