About a couple of weeks ago our links to adobe xd stopped working and now we can’t add any XD links to JIRA with the plugin , i ask Atlassian for help but they can’t help and said it’s a vendor plugin issue.
This is what they found:
- In our atlassian-jira.log, we also noticed the same error that you are getting all over your logs when trying to attach those Adobe link.

Suggestion
As such we do believe that the issue could be due to the Adobe vendor side that is not working, can you please contact Adobe Inc to investigate the issue further at this support link
You can share this ticket link to Adobe support if they need to contact Atlassian Support.
regards,
Evern
