Hi @hollyschinsky ,
The problem is still unresolved. I’m trying to use the console to retract the last version and publish it again. But so far this doesn’t work.
I also just tried to roll back my version from 3.0.19 to 3.0.18.
It worked, but again I can’t publish 3.0.19. Although the Distribution console shows that everything is published. The date of ‘Last Modified’ of the listing from March 16 does not change.
But in the marketplace has the old 3.0.18 version now instead 3.0.19 - 3.0.21
Ok, thanks for the details! I’m following up with our internal teams and will get back to you once I have more information.

Today I sent a new update for the test.
Plugin was successfully approved. Everything is updated in the distribution console, no changes on the CCD Marketplace & Adobe Exchange.
Also in the FastSpring account, new copies of the listing are created.
Hi @Alexandr_Stroganov, some feedback I received from our team so far is that there is a character limit on tags of 300 characters, and if it’s 300 chars or more it can cause issues when publishing a patch. Do you have any lengthy tags that might be causing this to be the root of the issue?
Hi @hollyschinsky.
I checked the number of characters in the tags and it does exceed 300 characters. I also got a reply from the engineering team that it needs to be reduced and sent for re-submit. I will do that now and send a new patch for approval.
Thanks for your prompt help!
Oh ok, great, I hope that fixes it for you! Just let me know if any more issues.
Best,
Holly
Hi @hollyschinsky.
Great news. The new patch showed up on the marketplace after the character reduction.
But in my FastSpring account a new product is created with every new patch. Today already added a third copy of the main version from 9 Oct. 2020.
I think this bug also needs to be fixed. Should I contact FastSpring support or will you investigate this bug on your end?
